Device Permissions

To ensure Scribe4Me functions correctly, you may need to update your device and browser settings for microphone access and battery optimization.

Platform / Browser Steps to Enable Permissions
Chrome (Desktop) 1. Open Chrome settings.
2. Go to Privacy and Security > Site Settings > Microphone.
3. Allow microphone access for Scribe4Me.

Firefox (Desktop) 1. Open Firefox settings.
2. Navigate to Privacy & Security > Permissions > Microphone.
3. Allow microphone access for Scribe4Me.
Edge (Desktop) 1. Open Edge settings.
2. Go to Cookies and Site Permissions > Microphone.
3. Allow microphone access for Scribe4Me.
Mac (System Settings) 1. Open the Apple Menu () > System Settings.
2. Navigate to Sound > Input.
3. Select the correct microphone and adjust the input volume.
Android (Battery Settings) 1. Go to Settings > Apps > Scribe4Me.
2. Select Battery.
3. Change the setting to Unrestricted for uninterrupted use.
iOS (Permissions) 1. Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Microphone.
2. Toggle ON microphone access for Scribe4Me.
